Lender Identification

Using our extensive network of lenders, we identify those best suited to fulfill your requirements. A written synopsis of your transaction is sent to potential lenders, followed by detailed discussions to ensure we select the lender with the most favorable proposal for you.

Securing the Best Proposal

Our mandate is simple: to obtain the best possible financing transaction for our clients. You won't pay a closing fee until you are satisfied and have accepted the financing we have arranged.

Timeline to Close

We strive to provide funding as efficiently as possible, depending on the type of transaction:

  • Bridge Loans: Completion within 10 days
  • Other Transactions: Typically 30 to 90 days

Pricing

  • Debt-Financing Transactions: 7% to 14% per annum
  • Discount Factoring: 1% per month and higher
  • Purchase Order (PO) Financing: 1% per month and up
  • Real Estate Transactions: 9% to 12% APR

Funding Fees

Our success fee is earned only at closing and ranges from 1% to 3% of the funded amount, depending on factors such as:

  • Loan Size
  • Type of Transaction
  • Complexity of the Deal

No Upfront Fees

We do not charge any upfront fees. Instead, we request a small retainer, which is credited against our closing fee. This retainer is only required after the client has received and accepted a proposal with specific terms and conditions from our funding source.

Terms

  • Initial Review: We perform an in-depth internal review and analysis of your transaction at our expense.
  • Lender Selection: We choose lenders based on your industry type, geographic location, loan size, credit profile, and collateral mix.
  • Defined Interest: The lender must express a clear interest in providing a proposal with specific terms and conditions.
  • Non-Exclusive Basis: You are free to explore other financing options at any time. If you choose not to move forward with our proposal, the retainer will cover our costs.
